Emmylou was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame on February 12, 2008. She has received numerous other honors amoung which include: Album of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year from the Country Music Association VH1's 100 Most Influential Women in Rock and Roll (1998) - Number 22 out of 100 and CMT's 40 Greatest Women of Country Music - No. She has released many popular albums and singles over the course of her career, and has receive 13 Grammy awards as of 2014.
